Elizabeth D. Dauer, MD

Dr. Elizabeth Dauer specializes in internal medicine and surgery, bringing 19 years of clinical expertise to her practice. She earned her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed her residency training at The University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Dauer furthered her surgical expertise through fellowship training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2013. She holds board certification in surgery from the American Board of Surgery and provides care in English.

Dr. Dauer practices at Temple University Hospital with locations in Toms River, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her clinical focus includes treating patients with closed head injuries and traumatic brain injuries, as well as managing ventral hernias. She performs specialized procedures including therapeutic hypothermia for critical care patients and utilizes advanced imaging techniques such as CT scans and chest fluoroscopy to guide treatment decisions.
