Dr. Elizabeth Dray, MD

Warning about Dr. Elizabeth Dray at Prisma Urology. She is not really concerned about you as a patient. She did a surgery on me that should have been routine procedure and during that time she apparently put a wire for the device directly on a major nerve. I was covered in bruises and inflammation throughout the adjoining body part. I can only assume it occurred from rough handling during the procedure. I am still am in agony with this injury. When I contacted her about it I was dismissed with a perfunctory message about the device. When I tried to explain that was not the issue they dismissed me further. When I met with her clinical director, Dr. Springhart, he also denied my injuries, basically called me a liar and told me to go home and exercise. I cannot walk without extreme pain. Also her name was dropped from my “care team”. She never personally addressed me about anything. Her notes also disappeared from my chart as well as Springhart’s.
