I am a patient of Dr.Eden for many years, she’s thoughtful, kind, wonderful and very informative and I love her to death:)

Dr.Eden continue to give my family an I ,excellent care for over 15 years now . We definitely appreciate her 100% .

can not recommend Dr. Eden enough! I have been going to her for 16 years. She is an incredibly compassionate doctor who clearly has a female’s well-being and autonomy at the core of her work. Dr. Eden is personable, consistently providing medical care that is specific to your needs. Any time I have called into the office for matters other than making an appointment, I received a prompt response. Another testament to Dr. Eden’s character is her staff. They, too, are incredibly welcoming and helpful! I’m not too sure who Posted the negative comments, but their reviews seem inconsistent with the many 5 star ratings I have seen on Google, WebMD, Dr. Eden’s website, and other health related sites. Also, I do not think it is fair to leave a negative rating when you have not seen the doctor for yourself. I implore everyone searching for an OBGYN to contact Dr. Eden. I would not be entering into my 17th year as her patient if she wasn’t the best of them!

It is with sadness and extreme disappointment that I learned and helped support my friend during several days of crisis after she experienced disturbing treatment via Dr. Elizabeth Eden last week. Against bad health grade reviews my friend opted to schedule a consultation and biopsy after hearing a promising podcast featuring Dr. Elizabeth Eden. If someone is a physician and medical licensed professional - I would hope that the hippocratic oath they take would apply to EVERY single patient they see and not selectively. It is advisable to beware of this doctor. My friend experienced hemorrhaging after a routine biopsy and although she reached out to this doctor for assistance - the doctor neglected to ensure the bleeding from stopping which led to an emergency hospital visit. The team at Winthrop Hospital was my friend’s saving grace. They had no other alternative but to sedate her and prepare her for stitching the open wound that was excessively and uncontrollably… bleeding. This should NEVER happen to anyone. What is worse is Dr. Elizabeth Eden didn’t offer any aftercare after she collected the biopsy. In addition she price gauged the consultation and biopsy and sat on results without following up in any way. Heed the red flags ??of a doctor who is charging high service fees and has several bad reviews. It could save your life and someone else’s you may know of and care about.

One of the worst doctors I’ve ever been to. Has a very poor bedside manner and is very rude and condescending. She has ZERO compassion. She performed a procedure (Vulva biopsy) on me , causing me to hemorrhage and bleed. I returned to her office concerning the hemorrhaging and she tried to turn it around and blame it on me, she had me leave and go home telling me to just apply pressure and lay down& said you will be ok , Well the blood would not stop. I called the office several times and I kept being told the same thing to lay down and apply pressure that they’ve never had anything like this happen. Later on that night my family had to call the emergency line 3 times only for her to tell us to go to the emergency room that there was nothing that she could do. We then asked her if she could meet us there or she could call them or even if we could see her tomorrow and she said no she’s busy until Monday , My family then proceeded to ask her another question and she hung up on them .I… was taken to the emergency room and attended to immediately, I was losing crazy amounts of blood I was in excruciating pain.( I want to add that Dr Eden did not do a punch biopsy like I thought she was she used a scalpel and cut me very deep and did not give stitches only silver nitrate which was not enough to hold the incision ) They had to sedate me with several medications and pain medication so they could stitch me. I was told I should have been stitched in the first place why didn’t the doctor stitch me? On top of it to add insult to injury Dr Eden never called me not once since she told me to go to the emergency room and she’s the one who did this to me. If you’re looking for a doctor that has compassion and that cares about you and takes accountability for her mistakes do not go to this doctor! It’s been over a week since I had to go to the emergency room and she still has not called to check up or follow up. She completely abandoned me! I had to call the lab myself and sign a release for my new doctor to get my results. Not to mention his doctor does not take insurance and prays on people that have women issues or problems and want to get them resolved. Do a full search on her do not go by the reviews on her website there are other people out With similar experiences

Dr. Eden is both professional and empathetic. One of the best things I’ve ever done for myself is find a doctor I can trust and depend on in good times and challenging times. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Eden’s care and guidance.

Awful visit not recommended at all

I've been going to Dr. Eden for over 20 years, as my gynecologist and obstetrician (I have one child) -- she is special beyond words. Dr. Eden is a brilliant doctor who is kind, compassionate, patient and honest. She is thorough, thoughtful and incredibly generous with her time (I can't stress that enough!). Dr. Eden has guided me through different life stages and emotional ups and downs; I'm so grateful for her practical nature, wisdom and guidance. She is also really funny -- and a great sense of humor comes in handy! I trust Dr. Eden implicitly; she is truly one of a kind.

One of the worst doctors I've ever been to. She is unsympathetic and uncaring. I went to her for a second opinion since she is a woman gynecologist, but she was very condescending. I left the office in tears. Please do NOT go to her for GYN issues.

Several years ago I had a hysterectomy. Prior to the operation I brought up alternative options regarding my fibroid removal and it was like pulling teeth to get information from her. Unfortunately, I scheduled my surgery with her. Beforehand I told her that I had family members in the waiting room who were to be notified. The surgery was to take 1 hour. After 2 hrs. my worried family asked the hospital for an update & they said the operation ended an hour ago and Dr. Eden had already left the hospital. So we contacted the hospital's Patient Advocate office who called her -- she was already off the hospital's premises and back at her office. To this day I don't know whether she or her resident performed my operation. Then when I had a post surgery follow up appt. with her & told her about some pain I had, she just shrugged her shoulders.
