Dr. Elizabeth Diane Loy, MD

Dr. Loy was already well into the tail end of a long day, came briskly into my room, knew what I was dealing with and addressed my concerns efficiently and kindly. She spoke to me like one real human being to another human being. I was not a specimen under observation, and felt very much included in the process. She was not doing something to me, but rather doing something with me. She was professional without being arrogant or condescending, used clear and simple language, answered my questions, and at no point did I feel dismissed or discounted. She gave clear instructions on how to take the next steps in my treatment, and how to get back in touch with her. Quite impressive!

Seen Dr. Loy while in hospital. Excellent beside manner. She took time to explain everything about my treatment, answered questions from family members and was not trying to rush out of the room like some doctors. Respect her ability as a physician but appreciate her as a kind and caring lady.

This physician makes medical decisions on NOT coming to see a patient in person. Flips the whole reason why they came to the hospital. She chooses what suits her without any medical merit. She should stick to facts instead of sitting a computer without ANY consult of examining or seeing a patient in person. Be very leary of any medical personel who does this sort of practice. Never did get find the result of why patient went to the hospital. And, if this doesn't suit her I say, "Oh, Well". Get facts, see the patient, and don't forget your hypocratic oath. Don't play God and falsify patient records and diagnosis.
