Dr. Elizabeth Mlynarczyk, MD

If I could give zero stars, I would. This practice is extremely poorly run. Nearly every interaction I’ve had, whether with the front desk, medical assistants, or nursing staff, has been unprofessional & frustrating. I was repeatedly given conflicting information, & when I pushed back by referencing what another staff member had told me, I was treated as if I were lying & met with defensiveness & rudeness. I am transferring care due to serious concerns with both the providers & overall management. I was seen very frequently throughout my pregnancy due to being high risk, so these experiences were NOT isolated. During my prenatal care, I saw Papa Win DelaCruz multiple times. Despite my frequent visits, she often forgot who I was & the details of my case, rushed through every appointment, & provided little opportunity for questions or meaningful discussion. Post c-section, I was seen by Natasha Harvey. My delivery was an emergency at five weeks early, & my baby was in the NICU. I gave… birth the week of Thanksgiving, & during this extremely vulnerable time, Natasha was cold, rude, rushed, told me she could not refill a prescription I needed, & was quick to leave my bedside. At a follow-up visit, Cecelia Chui rushed me out of her office because I was her last appointment of the day, making it clear my concerns were an inconvenience. Attempting to transfer my medical records only reinforced my decision to leave. In late December '25, I was instructed to submit a records release through the patient portal & was told I would receive confirmation within three hours. That never happened. I called the medical records department, left a message with them as well. Three days later, I received a call from Elizabeth, calling on behalf of the practice manager, to ask why I was transferring care. I explained my concerns & told her my new OBGYN still had not received my records. Elizabeth assured me she would take care of it ASAP & told me to call her back if I needed anything. Another three days passed with no progress. When I called again, I spoke with Odessa & another staff member who raised their voices & told me it takes 31 business days to transfer records. directly contradicting what I had previously been told. When I asked to speak with Elizabeth, I was told no, despite being instructed by Elizabeth herself to ask for her if I called back. This office demonstrates a complete lack of organization, accountability, empathy, & respect for patients... especially those navigating high-risk pregnancies and postpartum recovery! Management needs serious improvement. This is not what healthcare should be. Steer clear!!!

I've been seeing this doctor for more than five years, hands down I've never received treatment like how Elizabeth has gave, she is compassionate, caring, she really takes the time to listen to my needs. If you are Seeking a doctor that will go over and beyond! Them she is the One!

Very friendly staff. Dr. Mlynarczyk nice and spend enough time with me . I will recommend her to my friends.

This patient became verbally abusive when she was demanding an unreasonable request. Dr. Mlynarczyk was practicing excellent medicine. Marilyn is accusing the doctor of being horrible because she did not have her unreasonable request granted without a thorough evaluation.

Dr. Mlynarczyk is a great doctor. She takes great care of me.

I had seen several doctors before Dr. Mlynarczyk who recommended a hysterectomy for my bladder bulge. Dr. Mlynarczyk explained all of my options including a bladder lift without a hysterectomy and that is what she did for me. I feel great and am very happy with my results! I would recommend her to everyone who has problems with a leaking bladder or bladder bulge.

I read the last review and could not believe the audicity the patient had to write the review. First, if she saw other doctors in the office, why is she jumping around to Dr. Mlynarczyk? This patient sounds mentally unstable.Also, Dr. Mlynarczyk does not offer hysterectomy as first line treatment. She first offers conservative management with medication then endometrial ablation and as a last resort, hysterectomy.

Did not talk to me at all Read my chart from all the doctors i had seen there. She did say how she would cut open my pelvis for a hysterectomy she was talking to herself as far as i could tell.
