Dr. Elizabeth Rose Mueller, MD

I made an online appointment with her at Loyola, and everything was email confirmed. But I took three buses to get there after 3 hours, wet my pants twice, only to find there was no appointment scheduled. I also stated I'm transitioning. Which means she canceled my appointment because she refuses to serve transgender patients. Then I had to suffer in agonizing UTI and a bladder stone, on four bus rides home and wetting myself several more times. I wasted the whole day, and a lot of money This was a horrible experience against me and a travesty on the trans community. She's the only one in my network that's close, I can't function, and another religious nut is now outed that discriminates against the LGBTQ community. Why have this insanity forcing us to suffer. Do my operation and get this painful stone out of me. I'm homeless and can't afford this, but my insurance covers this. The least you could do is tell us you discriminate against trans people like all the other right wing… A-holes. You people are horrible to the LGBTQ community for something we were born with, disgraceful. I'm announcing this to everyone on social media.

I went to Elizabeth R. Mueller multiple times and she was not able to diagnose me. When I went to another doctor, the doctor diagnosed me very fast with a tumor. Elizabeth R. Mueller told me many times there was nothing wrong with me and sent me to physical therapy . My diagnosis did not need physical therapy.....Elizabeth R Mueller does not know how to do her job that she specializes in .I do not recommend her to women with health problems to go to her.

The first option was to address my problem with pelvic therapy. Since a weak pelvic floor was found to need attention. The exam was detailed with all the staff and all my questions were answered. I look forward to working with Dr. Mueller.

I've had bladder prolapse twice before, by male doctors. I'm not saying they're all the same, but these two made me feel like nothing was wrong. I had to show them how to examine me so they could see the problem!! I can't tell you how pleased I am with Dr Mueller in ALL areas, & thankful to her for fixing a problem I've had for over 14 years. I finally feel normal again. I've already recommended her to friends. She explains everything VERY well, makes you feel at ease with exam & explains procedures done in the exams and the surgery.

Seems to not be able to handle her job while teaching the students in the room. Two of the students on different appointments knew nothing and were not appropriate. She does nothing, very chaotic appointments. Sloppy and all over the place.

I researched Dr Mueller before my visit, I was sadly disappointed. I wasn't going to go back after my first visit, but I was promised a treatment plan, and told I would not have to endure another painful exam. I went back and when I got there the Dr wanted to exactly same thing as first time and no treatment plan. I left and will never return to this practice.

Dr. Mueller has been very instrumental in my mom's problem. She is a very knowledgeable and courteous doctor. I recommend all females to her.

Dr. Mueller is as kind as she is knowledgeable. I could not have had a better experience.

Dr mueller and her staff were terrible. I had heard good things about her, but was shocked. She specializes in urogynecology and when she performed my exam, she was so rough. When I told her she was rough and I was sensitive to touch, she then responded very quickly "I know what I'm doing". Ummmm. Yeah, kind of unprofessional. Them after my exam she sat with myself and her resident to go over what we already knew. But... To my surprise as I was listening she said SNATCH. I heard what she said and looked at the resident and said I'm sorry did you just refer to my vagina as a snatch. She said, yes! She explained because I am young I should know that lingo. Yes, I've heard uneducated boys and immature men refer to a vagina as a snatch, not a professional. Her resident was just as surprised. I've never gone back and never will. I have told several of my drs what she said and they were shocked and embarrassed for me and said they would not refer to her, they all did say she was a little… different. Obviously.

A resident did the initial assessment, which is to be expected. Patients are informed of this before they visit. Both the resident and Doctor Mueller were very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. . I was very nervous prior to my visit, as I am a very modest person, However, Dr. Mueller couldn't have made me feel more comfortable. She had a wonderful bedside manner, and took the time to answer my questions. I couldn't really rate the "Follows Up After Visit" section, since there hasn't been adequate time to do so. However, there is no need for this in my instance. I just need to go back for a follow-up visit in a couple of months. I would recommend Dr. Mueller in a heartbeat.
