If I could give 0 stars, I would! Diagnostic Clinic has gone down dramatically over the past several years. Horrible patient care! I called and left a message for the nurse of my primary care doctor at 11:00, 12:00, 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, 4:45...to be told by the receptionist at the 4:45 call that everyone had left for the day. She suggested I go to emergency after hours care.

This Doctor should not be practicing medicine. She is very rude and highly inappropriate the way she speaks and treats her patients. My initial visit with her was shocking since she was very rude and inappropriate. I had to go again for my pre-surgery appointment and she was so highly inappropriate leaving me speechless and I told her she has no right to talk to anyone with this tone and demeanor. I will never go back to her, I have never experienced anything like her. Stay away from her. my advice

I am very sorry I saw this doctor. My blood pressure was 132/100 and she actually refused to talk to me about . She refused to give me a referral to a cardiologist or to even listen to me explain to her my history of high blood pressure. Told me to come back in a month. With a bp that her own nurse took, showing 130/100. No treatment. For at least another month. It gets worse. She asked me how to spell "spondylolisthesis" as she didn't know how. It's a COMMON condition. For my uncommon conditions, she had never even heard of those. This was probably the worst pcp visit I've ever had. Plus, she made me expose my entire chest while she simply listened to my heart. She had me pull the gown down to my waist, rather than just reaching inside with the stethoscope. I have not had a doctor ever demand I lay there, totally topless, so they can listen to my heart before. Normally they'll just reach inside the gown. It was a very roomy gown and there was no need to lower it to my… WAIST for this. This visit was the weirdest one I ever had.

There isn’t enough space to tell anyone the amount of confidence I have in Dr. Plonka. She has diagnosed and treated all of my illnesses (oh, there have been many ——I’m 79) to perfection. You have to listen closely to find her sense of humor, but it’s there. She came highly recommended to my wife and to me. She is a treat. But this warning: if you have a bad case of stupid and think you are smarter than the good doctor, take two aspirin and call another physician.

Dr Plonka, was very helpful and took her time to discuss my issues with my knee. We agreed together to try a conservative treatment first before sending me to a specialist. I appreciate that she gave me options and let me pick the one i preferred. I really like Dr. Plonka and the care she has provided me.

I was treated very poorly by this doctor and her staff. I will never return and would not recommend her to anyone. If I could give her "zero stars" I would.

I told Dr. Plonka that I had 3 things that I wanted to discuss with her, and her reply to me was, "I am running behind, and am very busy, pick one thing and make another appointment". I have been going to her for 10 years and if this is her way of eliminating patients that she does not want to see anymore, it worked!!

I consider Dr. "P' a friend and someone I have (for 10+ years) counted on being there as I start to experience the health challenges that come with getting older. Unlike many other Doctors, she's human, has a great sense of humor, and treats me like a person, She listens to my inputs/ speculations and seriously factors in what I say into her evaluations of what may be going on with me..........I'm more worried about losing her before she loses me then I am worried about myself. Thank you Dorothy!

Dr.Plonka is an exceptional physician. She is attentive, informative and will suggest options for common medical issues. We need more physicians like her since many physicians are arrogant and do not pay attention to the patient request for alternative options.

Just making an appt with this clinic is discouraging. Communicating with Dr. Plonka is harder. I've run out of time correcting problems I addressed with her 4 yrs ago. Diagnosis codes wrong; personal info errors by staff.
