Worst Doctor ever!!!! I was first time mom to be and she was rushing me and after my c section she left on vacation with no instructions for me !!! Just rude I was young and didn’t know better.

She has the bed side manor of a dead fish! No humor, no smiles, just that glare that stares through and over you.

I saw this dr years ago during my first pregnancy. When I presented my concerns to her she was very dismissive. When I gained 25 lbs in 5 mos, my BP was high, and I had pains in my side, she told me to stop eating fried and salty foods (which I couldnt even stand to eat). Her notice seemed more concerned than she. At 25 wks I diagnosed myself w/ preeclampsia n I ended up in ER w/BP of 205/110 (the same day I called the doc n asked about my headaches n blurred vision n the doc said take Tylenol). Well I ended up at LBJ since I would now necessitate a neonatal ICU. Never heard from "Dr." Podoba ever again. Yrs later as a nurse, I realized one of the 1st things a health professional learns about OB care is the signs of preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome (my diagnosis upon arrival to LBJ). Well so sorry Dr. P couldn't have known this with her "high risk specialty" on top of warnings (in my records) from a genetic specialist. Please don't let her fool you! If you happen to go to her anyway,… just pray that your baby lives longer than the 4 mos my child did because of incompetent prenatal care...

I moved during my 1st pregnancy and had to find a new dr. When i called her office I was informed me that Dr. Podoba would not be my DR because I was already 6 mos. Ironically, she delivered my baby Bc my own DR was outta town when I went into labor. Dr. Podoba didn't come into the room until I was 10cm. She walked in at 12:55 and said, "I want this baby out by 1:30; I have an appointment". My son was born at 1:04. She was rude during the delivery and completely rushed the delivery, she "had" to cut me, she botched the episiotomy (and stitches), and I never saw her again during those next 3 days in the hospital. I am still bitter about the experience, and my son is 5.

Dr. Podoba monitored me throughout my pregnancy and delivered my daughter by c-section right before Christmas. My daughter was 2 weeks earlier, but Dr. Podoba made sure to be there. She is very thorough with her examinations and quick due to the number of patients she sees daily, but she is worth the wait. I will definitely have her again as my doctor for my next pregnancy.

If your going for gyn issues, see Dr Rebecca!!! She is awesome and amazing!! I however am pregnant have to see Podoba, she is not nice. She is very to the point, get you in and out as fast as possible. If you are even thinking of a natural or semi natural birth aviod her! She actually told me not getting an epi, was all in my head. I have a hardtime sitting up because of an injury and she knows this... never does she help me sit up. She is just extremly rude.

I would not recomend Dr. Podoba to anyone!!! Very rude and non personalble. When I had my son, I was able to obtain my medical records and there were notes that I was not aware of regarding my son. Her staff and the Nurse Practioner were Excellent!!

This Doctor is the rudest person that I have every can in contact with. I went to have a consult on having my utrus taking out... so when me and my huspend was there she didnt tell me much about anything ...and anytime me or my huspend asked questions she just acted like we were stupid and didnt have a right to ask..(like we didnt know what we was talking about)Plus during the "consult" she was looking around for lotion and digging in her puse...Rude... Not to mention that i paid 120 dollars for a "consult" that I still know nothing about....FIND OTHER DOCTOR!!!!

She is rude, extremely hard to get ahold of and just plain does not care about her patients. I have yet to meet her and have been a patient of hers for six months!I would recommend that you go elsewhere.

This is the most horrible doctor I have even seen in my life.She is rude, impatient, always makes you feel like you are wasting her time.As soon as she walks it, she is ready to walk out.You won't be able to ask her everything you were thinking about, she will wrap it up quickly and on the way home your head will still be full of questions and no answers.She is all about the money, once she is done with you, you don't exist.Her staf...My God, they are bunch of hillbillies with no business ethics!Trust me, there are many kind caring doctors out there, do your research.This one is not worth one penny!Run like there is no tomorrow or you will be one of us.I didn't want to give her any stars, but in order to post my review, I had to give something.Hope I helped someone.
