Dr. Elizabeth Malia Schmied, MD

Decided to blame my "weight" for her lack of experience and her decision to not listen or check prior medical history. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Blamed my weight instead of listening regarding previous surgeries, or reviewing past medical history. I miss Dr. Seymann who has retired. I would not recommend her, nor will I be returning. I cancelled my ultrasound and my appointment.

She has no sympathy, no bedside manner no empathetic bone. I was so thrown off with her that i delivered my baby to the nurses and she still did not show up until about a hour later just to say wow u really tore. Havent been back since than and that was 2 years ago. Trying a different doctor today with MomDoc.

I will never go back again! I was in lots of pain and needing help. She came in the room acting as though she hated me and I had never met her before. Didn't discuss much with me. Was just really nasty. It was as though she couldn't get out fast enough. She walked out the door without saying a word. She literally left me in tears wondering what the heck just happened. This was all in about 3 minutes. I work in the medical field and have never been treated this way. Don't go to her!!!

Love her! She's easy to talk to and genuinely cares about patients. She's very knowledgable with OB/GYN issues and is hopeful to fix things when they're not working/going right.
