Very condescending, rude and argumentative. Would not recommend

This woman should not be dealing with people at all. She is the most disrespectful , rude, racist person I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend her to anyone got any reason. After seeing her for several months and having numerous test I have learned nothing about my issues. Oh let me revise that she did tell me u needed to take vitamin B12 and my wife ask how much and how often. She looked at her and said just get him some B12. No information on how much or anything else. Going to another doctor because I need answers not just rude behavior.

I was not contacted until 10 days after my doctor sent a referral. Finally got an appointment for 2-3 weeks later. Doctor was ok and ordered MRIS and was to have a nerve test done on my hands today. Went to the office where I found the appointment was not documented in their system. No appointments available and the doctor is leaving for a two week vacation. I will not be going back.

This dr is the worst she is cold and just plain shouldn't be a dr , She talks to you like you are stupid and makes you wait forever to see her she seems like she doesn't know whats going

Dr. Samuel was good but her office staff is the worst I have ever seen. They do not call you back, I left message after message (i wait a week in between) to get another appointment for some medication since I was almost OUT. No response now I am OUT. Then I finally get a hold of someone in the office they are so rude and very insensitive. I have tried repeated times to talk with Dr. Samuel personaly she does not call me back either. I do not recommend this office.

Unlike other doctors, Dr. Samuel actually takes her times with her patient. She never rushed me while we were in the room consulting and discussed all the problems I was concerned about. I appreciated her time and not being like other doctors to only walk in and walk out. I had a very good experience with doctor.

I would never return to Dr. Samuel's office again. She attempted to daignose me incorrectly as verified by another neurologist, and asked that I pay for multiple tests that according to my current neurologist were completely unnecessary. Among many ridculous things, she ordered an ambulatory EEG that her office charged to my insurance company as 2 seperate office visits even though it is only 1 test, resulting in my being asked to pay 2 $30 co-pays. I have called her office multiple times, each time being told that the person I am speaking with is the correct person and they will personally call me back, but NEVER do (and that is no exaggeration). If you do choose to see her, 1) I wish you the best of luck as she will likely ask you to have additional tests that are not necessary and may not diagnose you correctly, and 2) ask for an itemized bill at the time of service (prior to leaving the office). If you get an ambulatory EEG, I would HIGHLY suggest that you pay VERY close attention… to the itemized bill as they will likely charge you for 2 office visits. I was told they do this as a way to let the insurance company know that this is a multiple day test. You should notifiy your insurance company immediately so that they may verify the validity of the claim they will be receiving.

Overall care is good, but my prescription ends this week, I have called four times, and still don't know if it is suppose to end or if it will be renewed. The medicine has helped, but I am concerned about what happens next.

My experience with Dr. Samuel has been nothing but positive. It is rare to find in this day and age a physician, especially a specilaist who is not only knowledgable but thorough. She was very thoughtful, compassionate and had great bedside manners. She took the time and effort to evaluate me thoroughly, reviewed all my scans with me and explained and educated me on my problem. I have seen two other neurologist before I saw Dr. Samuel. I had multitude of tests and no diagnosis. Dr. Samuel was able to nail the diagnosis after my first visit with her. I am glad I found her.

HORRIBLE experience. Instead of offering options for my chronic illness, she basically told me I was out of options. She wanted me to stop taking my meds that were working for me and instead she suggested I use a med that I have already tried -- a med that did NOT work! She was unwilling to work with my specific needs and when I offered objection to her plan of action she would not reassess.
