Dr. Elizabeth Nock Traynor, MD

I agree with the last review, 5 years later and they have not changed. After a diagnoses was given, I let them know about a pain while they were there. She said "yeah pain is one of the symptoms of "Diagnosis"" then walked away. I thought there were going to get something and come back, but no. That was the end of her visit and didn't see her again. Not even a goodbye, a wish me luck, any other questions... Nothing they just finished their sentence and left. Horrible feeling! Mind you this was the second time she talked to me, the first time she had residence with her, so she had a bit more care. Not sure what's change from the first high ratings, but she needs to be spoke to about how to treat people.

Oh dear God...I have never met a doctor with such terrible bedside manners. Dr. Elizebeth Traynor....This was my first time meeting her as I was referred to her by my primary. Is she a real doctor or have she stolen someone else credentials. She doesn’t even believe in her own diagnosis. She yelled at me over, talked me and basically told me I was was crazy and that nothing was wrong with me. I would like to speak to the state medical board before I die at the hands of this doctor. I guess this is the reason she left the other state because they may have found out who she really was and that’s a poor excuse for a doctor. She will not allow you to question her, she feels that minority doctors are beneath her and what ever they say doesn’t matter. If I could give her a ZERO, I would. I have never been treated so poorly by a so called professional in my life. A doctor like this is not needed in the world in which we live and need professional medical help. She also says what I am… experiencing is not real. Well if it is not real then I better get with state, mainly Medicare to see why all these doctors put me on medicines. Is this patient profiling? Somebody got to answer to Medicaid and Medicare

I was a patient of Dr Traynor's for over 15 years. I respected her as a doctor, and I believe she respected me as a patient However, she up and left without telling her patients. One day I called to make an appointment and there was a v/m saying the office was permanently closed. For the longest time, I was worried that something had happened to her or her family. Until today, I had no idea what was going on. I have had seizures for over 20 years, and, under her care, I was doing well: they were under control (mostly). Now, I am dealing with new doc (and none of my medical files) and my seizures are more frequent. I don't appreciate how she left her patients in the lurch like this.

Dr Traynor recently moved back to Wisconsin and I am so grateful. I came to her because my previous neurologist was not taking my new symptoms seriously. She kept raising my Keppra and telling me I'm depressed, I have arthritis and the new spots on my brain are just the result of migraines. Dr. Traynor took a look at everything and is taking a very active approach in determining what is wrong with me. I have been diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy,migraines and trigeminal neuralgia but have been experiencing symptoms that are unrelated. She says that she will figure out what is wrong with me to decide what the proper treatment is. On top of it, she was concerned that my dose of Keppra was too high and she was correct. After testing my levels, they were more than double what they should be. I'm looking forward to being her patient and getting my health back in order.

Dr. Traynor up and left, permanently closed her office without any kind of notice to her loyal patients and or colleagues. I called to make an appointment since I am out of migraine medication and my prescription has expired. Now I have to schedule an appointment with my primary to get a referral for a new doctor. In the meantime, I suffer from migraines and will be without meds. Way to go Dr. Traynor, how unprofessional of you to up and leave without notice or referral to another colleague. Although she did take her time to listen to the patient, she was never on time was a bit aggressive.

Very Rude condescending Dr. She Was accusatory of me lying about my rare and unusual diagnosis. I went back to her again thinking she may have just had a bad day. She was equally as rude. My new neurologist was shocked at the medicine she put me on, as it is not a proper one for my condition and is potentally a hazard to my health. I didn't compain, just changed Drs and I am glad I did!

After I struck my head on a door and doorframe at a restaurant I began sleeping excessively and had diificulty concentrating. There were some other neurological symptoms as well. Dr. Traynor really listened to me. She performed tests to evaulate the injuries and presented an accurate diagnosis. She also referred me to an excellent physical therapist who has been instrumental in my treatment.

Dr. Traynor is an excellent doctor. She has been seeing my mother for a year for lewy body dementia and I am continually impressed with the quality and throughness of her examination. She takes the time to listen to my mother's concerns when other's would be frustrated at her struggles to get the correct word. I am a veterinarian and a pretty strict judge MDs, and I have to say...this is a great doctor. You may have to wait a few minutes in the lobby, but she will spend that time in the exam room.

I am very satisfied with the care Dr. Traynor has given me in the 3 years since she became my neurologist. She is very thorough and takes time to explain all questions. I also am very pleased with the quick response and attention I receive from her nurse, Roxanna.The only thing I would suggest is that when they aren't in the office (lunch break) that an answering service pick up or at least have voice mail. I recently called (@1:30 p.m.)and it wrang forever without going to voice mail I am only to assume they are at lunch or closed for the day??

Spent quality time diagnosing problem. Very professional doctor and staff. Clean office. Honestly, one of the best doctors seen in a long time.
