I’m not used to Dr’s starting the visit with a check in totally unrelated to my appointment but every time I’ve visited Dr. West, she gets to know me as a person not just a patient. She’s light hearted, kind and funny to boot and I’m always a bit more calm after our visits than before. She’s also a consummate professional and always willing to listen. We need more physicians like her.

Amazing Doctor and Team After seeing countless doctors over the years, I was finally referred to Dr. West, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment I stepped into her office, I felt heard and, most importantly, safe. Every interaction, from the front desk staff to the nurse who took my vitals, her operating team, and the nurse who cared for me post-procedure, made me feel well taken care of. I am 50+ years old, and I have seen several gynecologist in my lifetime. By far, Dr. Elizabeth West is the BEST gynecologist that I ever had! During my first visit with her (3 years ago), she stated, "We can help you." Three years later, she stuck to her word and I am doing exceptionally well with my gyne condition! THANK YOU Dr. West! An all-around good experience. Minimal wait time in the lobby (my last doc office took FOR-EV-ER just to get me in to a room) and the doc arrived quickly. Dr. West was great. Very personable, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions and concerns.

Honestly in my 15 plus years of seeing a doctor I’ve never been comfortable. Today that changed, I walked in and the medical assistant was friendly, took her time and had a sense of humor. Dr. Elizabeth not only saw me as a new patient but heard my concerns, fully reviewed my medical records and actually helped. Dr. Elizabeth is friendly, professional and her bed side manor is out of this world.

She is the best OB in Long Beach area. She was attentive, caring, relaxed, confident, kept asking us if we had questions and answered all of them. She had a personal touch with the way she interacted and her bedside manner was impeccable. The only biggest pain is to get an appointment with her, it took us more than 3 months to finally have a meeting with her, we were highly pleased, wish we could her see her every time.
