Dr. Elle Ross, MD

When you first meet Dr Ross she is very nice, she could actually be a cheerleader. Over time you will see her true colours. She is very argumentative, emotional and uncaring for her patients. At first I gave her a good rating which was way to soon. I saw her a little over a year a lot of times so I think now I could give an accurate review a lot of times she can't remember what she said in previous she will argue with you about it. In all the times I saw her she could never answer my questions or she will tell me they didnt teach that in school. My last visit with her was a follow up visit from ER.. when she came in the room she complained about me going to ER and she didn't have time for this.she was running late came in the room tem minutes late and than said I was taking to much of her time. With her snippy comments I just told her fine I am leaving and I won't be back. After that I got a smart remark telling me I didn't need to check out. This doctor is the worse she was more… afraid she wasn't going to get paid for the visit. She didn't even ask me how I was feeling. I think she needs to change careers.you can decide for yourself if you really want this kind of doctor, if you do I hope you never have a serious illness she won't know what to do. Dr. Ross has a sing-song “good job!” style appropriate for a kindergarten classroom. If you need an insincere cheerleader, she’s your doctor. I found her style condescending. She’s responding with platitudes but not really tracking on the conversation.

She will argue until you give up and accuse you of yelling at her when you disagree. She insisted that I needed a vaginal cream because I no longer take estropipate as it has been discontinued. She refused to prescribe a substitute. I agreed to the prescription to end the argument and paid for a prescription that I am not using.

I only saw her once so far. She seems to be a very caring doctor that takes time to listen to her patients concern which is a plus .what ever the patients can share with the doctor would help them to treat certain medical issues. After all the patient knows more about their body than the doctor. The staff is very friendly.I would recommend this doctor to others
