Absolutely awful. Didn’t bother to look at my ears and looked at my throat for less than 5 seconds and told me to go get a MONO test.. GUESS WHAT.. I didn’t have mono. Don’t waste your time with him.

Wow, this is my first visit with Dr. Koo and I certainly was impressed by his professionalism, he is a good listener, and he is very easy to talk to. He examined me thoroughly and recommended some health ideas. I will certainly hope to keep him as my doctor for any of my ENT needs.

I had a total laryngectomy in December and Dr Koo did my flap , reconstructive surgery. He did a great job. I can’t believe how fast my arm is healing. Also he’s very nice and easy to talk to.Definitely an expert surgeon. I highly recommend him !

I appreciate how attentive Dr Koo was. I had his attention and he asked me questions about what I had been experiencing day to day in an effort to help me.

My husband only saw DR. Koo for 5 min. at the end of his appointment. My husband was seen by PA who asked questions and cleaned his ears. Then he went to have his hearing checked. After that DR. Koo saw us.
