Dr. Elliott Cheplin Silbar, MD

1st, Silbar has a "we back the badge"sticker on his office door, why it is necessary to have this controversial statement on his door is beyond annoying; 2nd, Silbar comes into the exam room and says to me, why does he (my dad) have a special mask (it was a N95), I said because he is 88 years old, Silbars attempted to embark knowledge on me, by saying well is he in close proximity to you, i also had a mask, but just paper and I said he does not live with me!; 3rd, Silbar while reviewing my father's images of his kidney said I wish i knew when you were going to die, to advise you; 4th my father wanted his aftercare note printed and Silbar's clerk gave attitude, eye roll. 4th, Silbar made disparaging comments against Ascension which were unsolicited and unprofessional

I had seen several other urologists prior to seeing Dr. Silbar. I've had Dr. Silbar as my urologist for several years and prefer to go to only him. He is a very straight forward no non-sense physician who is very professional and has consistently resolved my medical and surgical needs. He has the experience, expertise, and team to address any urological difficulties I've had. I would recommend him without hesitation and with 100% confidence.

Dr. Silbar is one of the most apathetic, thoughtless physicians we have ever had the misfortune to encounter. He never makes eye contact when in the exam room with you. Never explains what he is going to do. Never explained what the reason was for my problem or what can be done to improve my problem. After 2 appointments hands me a bag of catheters and sends me on my way. I am in the medical field and I would be fired on the spot for such rudeness. I felt he could care less about my problem. I would never recommend him to anyone. Highly recommend not going to him

I have been a patient of Dr Silbar for about 5 years now. Because of my medical issue which he treats me for. I have had to see and meet several other medical professionals for treatment including other Urologist. Truthfully when God created Dr Silbar he broke the mold there is no other. His compassion his patience with I am yet to find in another doctor. But what I love most about him his that sense of humor and the laugh. So if you ever have to seek out a Urologist stop looking because you will find no other just make sure you make him laugh and you will understand what I mean. It will stay with you and carry you through on what ever may be ailing you. I love this man....

As busy as he is , he takes the time to explain the situation. He tells you the facts quickly and concisely so that you can understand. Just a wonderful doctor.

Been going to Silbar for over 15 years and just love him. He is very professional and treats his patients with respect and listens to there concerns .

Elliott Silbar is a very personable man, and even more important he is very good at what he does. He is generous with his time, patiently answering questions and making suggestions, and he seems genuinely interested in patients as people rather than a mere set of symptoms.

Dr Silbar drove from Milwaukee to Oconomowoc on Sunday to do a procedure for me, he was pleasant and most of all EARLY for the appointment, unheard of! Thank-you for your good care

He made me laugh so I did not have to focus on the examination.
