The staff is great. They went out of their way to accommodate my unusual work schedule. They did so with a smile and professionalism. They were very efficient and I followed their directions and my recovery went very well. A special shout out to Andrew who helped accommodate my blood work on a holiday and before office hours. On top of all this, Dr. Tinsley was not only very professional but has a great bedside manner and a good sense of humor. I would recommend everyone who needs the services they provide to go here.

Everyone I had contact with at Dr. Tinsley's office was very friendly, caring, and professional. It's never any fun going to a doctor's office for tests and/or surgical procedures but everyone here went out of their way to make my visit as stress-free as possible. I used to work with this man. He is self important, arrogant, egotistical, abusive to staff and not a great surgeon. He walks around like he is god- believe me he is not. H makes many mistakes. I would never go to him or allow my family to be seen by him. I left the practice because of him. All of the other docs at Wilmington Surgical ---fantastic.

Dr Tinsley is an excellent surgeon.I have never gotten anything but superb medical care from Dr Tinsley and his staff.I am a retired Operating Room nurse ang I expect to get excellent medical care from my physician which I have always gotten from Dr Tinsley.

I was seen as a same day work-in from my PCP as well as a NP to the practice.From the time I walked into until I left Dr. Tinsley's team were very professional, friendly, prompt, something aside from my PCP's office I have not experienced from the majority of physician practices here in Wilmington, especially those affiliated with NHRMC. I recently retired from A 30+ yr nursing career that I had a very difficult time accepting the reality of how drastic the healthcare world has changed from quality patient care to quantity with the attitude who cares if the patient doesn't return. Well, kudos to you Dr. Tinsley for adhering to your hippocratic oath, it is apparent by your actions, listening to the patient without feeling rushed as well as your compassion. Your team deserves bragging rights and well deserved at that. God Bless you in your daily endeavors.I will not hesitate to refer patients to your practice.

Extremely painful outcome. Post-procedure treatment filled with arrogance and self-importance, and no compassion. Avoid this practice.
