Dr. Elmer Baquiran Pineda, MD

I missed my train coming from LA and he would not help out. Sometimes things happen in life so hopefully 50 bucks is worth losing a patient.

I tried to call and make an apt to see Dr Pineda. However, the front office not only put me on hold for 10 minutes before they even picked up the phone. Then put me back on hold to verify my insurance. Then, put back on hold without even telling me they were going to put me on hold for another 9 min. I have been on hold for a total time of 32 minutes. The front office girl Rocio was the rudest. She would not make my apt stating I saw another dr in the practice 3 years ago, and they needed permission to move me to another doctor. I hope the doctor is good. Because his staff is horrible .

I have been a patient of Dr Pineda for the past 7 years-following bladder cancer surgery. The level of care I have received from the Doctor and Staff has always been wonderful. I have always followed the Doctors' orders and scheduled my follow up appointments and tests. I am still cancer free and credit it to the care and advice I was given by Dr Pineda. I feel that I am blessed to be a patient of this office.

Dr. Pineda is a very good doctor. He takes time to explain things to you, and lets you ask questions. He is very friendly. He offered me several treatment options, and took plenty of time to ask me questions to help me receive the proper diagnosis. I would recommend him, and definitely would go to him again.

Lets be honest...is there anything more frightening then a cancer diagnosis? Having experienced cancer with our son at 13 my husband and I were frankly terrified when told he might have bladder cancer. Dr. Pineda was kind, professinal, calm and skilled. He went out of his way to help my husband and I understand the situation and cope with the fact that the tumor was cancerous. He felt certain it was a low grade treatable tumor and he was right!!! He has made this whole experience bearable and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a caring and kind urologist. The BEST part is you can actually reach him on the phone and he will call you back if you need to speak to him. Amazing!

Dr Pineda explains every question we have and helps us(wife & I) feel their is hope for my future.

Dr Pineda spends enough time to answer patient questions and doubts
