Dr. Eloise Marie Potenza, MD

dr. potenza is a casual and comfortable psychologist who doesn't make the atmosphere scary. she is by no means unprofessional, just relaxed. she uses her laptop and notepad to document and keep track of things so expect her to seem focused. after being to many therapists i've learned some can be questionably paying attention but she proves to be listening and analyzing consistently. she's fantastic with my specific problems (dissociative disorder).

Practice was very relaxed and easy to feel comfortable in. Nice environment, attentive and friendly.

I had my son go to her and he told me afterwards that he felt very comfortable and would like to keep talking her. Mind you my son doesn't open up very easily so it was nice to hear. Thank you Dr. Potenza!!!!!

unless you want to be stood up! I arrived on time - no one there - ……. I checked my appointed date and time - she was a no show and called me 20 mins later -

Don’t come here if you want actual help, she’s too busy taking calls, eating lunch, and using her MacBook DURING appointments. You will feel like you’re a minor annoyance to her for being there and that your legitimate problems aren’t worth her time.

She is amazing. I’ve been seeing her for awhile now and she’s helped me out so much. Always gets me in when I need an extra appointment. Always returns calls. Everyone there is friendly as well.

Draws conclusions based on little facts and contributes to parental alienation; perpetuating the hurt that didn't need to be.

I have been seeing Dr. Potenza for years and she has helped me tremendously. She is always calm and willing to help in every situation.

My son felt comfortable with Dr Potenza that he told a "secret." Praise God she truly cares! My son will now get the help he needs to deal with what horrendous act he saw. ?? Dr Eloise Potenza is a true professional who cares for children!!!

Worst psychologist ever. She needs to retire!!
