Dr. Emerald Seinmya Tay, MD

My dad was her patient for a long time. It is very hard to schedule appointment with her so my dad ended up scheduling appointment with another person in this clinic who was so bad treating my dad. My dad's liver was bad for more than 10 years but Dr. Tay never advised him to stop having alcohol and to have regular liver test. By the time my dad got diagnosed liver cancer, it was already too late for him to get treatment.

dr is very nice, helpful and staffs do good job with patients. l love the staffs, i need a referral to see speacialist , they got a authorization letter they call me ASAP. Thank you all of dr Tay and the staff.

very poor with follow up. Staff is very unfriendly. not care for patient enough, hence referral takes forever.

Dr Tay doesn't have empathy to the patient and not up to date with medical knowledge. She yelled to the patient who asked so many questions. After the blood test, she failed to informed the result to the patient. The worst thing about her is she doesn't listen to the suggestion and prescribed medications not related to the patient symptoms. I strongly doesn't recommend this doctor.
