I give 0 stars. Unprofessional office and doctor. She tried giving me every excuse why she couldn’t do my procedure. After all excuses I still had to go through her cause financial issues wouldn’t let a specialist do it. She told me what procedure she wanted to do and I mentioned how the specialist originally wanted to do a different one. She stuck with her idea and did it. Outcome was not what I hoped for. Finger still looks the same as it did originally before my procedure. Now I’m in debt with my insurance for something that I wasn’t satisfied with. Even when she said the wires would be pulled out in 4 weeks she did it in a week and a half. What was the point of the procedure. Did the wires really do their job that soon. I feel like she just rushed me through everything to get me off her hands. Never again would I go their or recommend anyone there. Wasn’t worth my time or the debt I’m in now to still have my finger the same way it still curves crooked when I try and make a fist… thanks for nothing Dr. Benson.
