Dr Andrist and his office staff are absolutely wonderful. They are always friendly and helpful. Dr Andrist takes the time to get to the root cause of an issue rather than just recommend a band aid fix. I recently had sinus surgery with Dr. Andrist and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. He took the time to explain every aspect of the procedure without swaying my decision. He present all the facts to me and we decided on a plan of treatment that made the most sense for me. The after care I have received has been top notch. Dr Andrist and his staff have answered every question or concern I have had even weeks after my surgery. I would recommend Dr Andrist and his staff to anyone who is in need of an ENT doctor!!

this guys a butcher talked me into sinus surgery to fix yearly sinus infections i took one month just to be functional again its now a year and a half later with more sinus issues than i ever had and dizzy all the time my new ent cant understand why he did any of this work without alergy test first his staff is unproffessional at best half there equiptment did not work the nurse rote down random bp measurement on every vist and im a heart patient no wonder this guy gets his money upfront do yourself a favor go any ware else when i complained still wasent well his response was these thing take time

Great bedside manners, but when daughter had surgery asked him to remove her Tonsils while he removed adenoids, he said he doesnt recommended doing but 2 years later he ended up removing her tonsils, was not very happy that my child had 2 have 2 different surgeries, when it could have been done in one!

My children have been seen by Dr. Andrist on multiple occasions and we have been very pleased with each visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Andrist and his staff to friends and family.

Dr. Andrist was very patient with my 2 year old and helped him to get over his ear infections. We love Dr. A.

Due to a mild chronic ear infection, three years ago I took my son to see Dr. Andrist for two visits. Dr. A used a faulty typanometer to check my child's middle ear during each visit. The tympanograms were useless, yet Dr. A recommended my son have tubes put in his ears AND have his adenoids surgically removed. Not confident with this recommendation, I got a second opinion from an experienced pediatric ENT at Children's Healthcare at Scottish Rite hospital. The ENT at Children's disagreed with Dr. A. and recommeded that we watch and wait instead of rushing into surgery. Well, it's been over three years now, and my son's ear infections resolved AND he never had the sugical procedures that Dr. A insisted that were needed. Avoid this ENT.

Dr. A saw the patient with these symptoms: young toddler, excessive runny nose, severe chest cough, fever, and vomiting of built up congestion material from stomach/chest. He prescribed no antibiotics, said there was no reason to and prescribed a anti-reflux med.Next day, same child seen at Emergency Med facility with same symptoms: Diagnosis=ear infection, high fever, prescribed antibiotic to fight infection. HOW does an ENT miss an ear infection?
