Thoroughly impressed with Dr Bernstein’s openness, frankness, and explanation of my labs and current health. He explained in detail dietary changes that I had never had explained before. Found a possible situation with my heart that had previously been overlooked. This was my first visit and I’m looking forward to continue with his care.

I have not had a physical since my father’s passing which has been 5 yrs and my former Primary Care physician was no longer accepting new patients so I decided to find one closer to my home with good reviews. On my first visit, I had so many questions especially due to the fact that I’ve gone so long without any bloodwork done and haven’t kept up with the vaccinations that are recommended for my age. Dr. Bernstein explained how he will do a thorough test to ensure that I am healthy. He also suggested a plan to get me caught up with all of my vaccinations in order of priority since all of them cannot be done at the same time. Dr. Bernstein put my mind at ease knowing that I will get back on track. His bedside manners, attentive, knowledge and educational background (based from the conversations we had) were the important qualities I was looking for in a primary care physician. I also love that he spent time answering my questions and put an ease to my concerns. I know that I can… trust Dr. Bernstein with my life if it ever comes down to it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in was done in advance online so waiting in the lobby to be called in was maybe 5-10 minutes at the most. After my weight and vitals were checked by the assistant, it took about 5-10 minutes for Dr. Bernstein to see me. The clinic was clean and organized and not crowded. There was plenty of parking available and the clinic was easy to find. I also had my blood drawn there at the clinic on the same day with no issues whatsoever. I had an experience at different clinic years ago, where blood from the arm that was used to draw the boood from was gushing everywhere My next appt will be to discuss my test results and I was given the option of doing this in person or virtually. So far, I am so glad that I chose this clinic and Dr. Bernstein to be my provider.

Dr. Berstein is very personable and spends plenty of time to discuss my health issues. I feel he has a genuine concern for my well-being. Good advice without being pushy.

Always takes time to explain everything thoroughly. Reviews all reports to be sure he is up to date on all conditions.
