Dr. Eric Joel Groskind, MD

Dr. Groskind was so reassuring and professional during my initial visit and then during my biopsy. He answered all my questions patiently and explained each step of the procedure. I felt confident of his knowledge and experience. His assistant was just as wonderful, easing my anxiety, taking her time to tell me what to expect, answering questions, providing me with post biopsy information, and overall treating me with care and respect. I have had several mammograms at the NW office and I have never had a bad experience. The front desk staff is always polite.

The office is rude and unprofessional. No one is helpful. When asked a question or for help to get the correct test and results extremely rude. The office manager came out and made a scene when they made a wrong. Instead of going off the STAT Results that were asked for she said, "the doctor will get to them when he is able." I will tell everyone I know how terrible both ecperiences were. Especially being in the field if helping people when they are scared of the outcome of possibilities.

Dr. Groskind treated me with the utmost care and respect. I was called back for a biopsy and naturally I assumed the worst. However, Dr. Groskind gave a thorough explanation of what happened and walked me through the process, making sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. I am so grateful for him. Also, the new Eastside Imaging center is great! The staff were kind and diligent, and the new building is beautiful.
