Dr. Eric Jay Oliet, MD

I was a previous patient of Dr. Oliet's and always found him to be a caring doctor. Unfortunately, a change in jobs and insurance removed him from my network. I am happy to say now that he's back in network so I am looking forward to returning.

He's a fine doctor but you have to wait long periods in his office before you are seen.

I was very happy with Dr Oliet. My insurance coverage changed and he no longer honored my insurance coverage.

Dr. Oliet takes his time every time. Even though he is usually running behind, which does stink when you're the one waiting for him, he is thorough, makes sure you feel at ease and that all of your questions are answered.

Every time I leave his office I drive home crying. He is so impolite and rude to his patients. I told him we had to "watch where we cut, I have a wedding coming up" Completely expecting, oh that's so great or congrats.. Instead he responded you will not have a wedding if you do not get your health in check! I did not have words. No one has ever talked to me like that! Every spot he removed in the past creates scars and yet every time I go back he finds more questionable spots. It's a little fishy how he always "finds spots".. I will not be going back. Life is too short to have a miserable doctor!

Dr. Oliet came on with Dr. Gross and I have been a patient 40 yrs - Oliet's since Gross'retirement. End-June I called with a severe bacteria infection AND fungal infection on my skin that was diagnosed by my GP but wanted Oliet to check to ensure not MRSA. Was told that he could not possibly see me until September!!! Never again will he see me. He also likes you to come back constantly after 1st visit even when you are completely cleared. He also has an 'offputting' personality.

Exam slightly less thorough than some dermatologists, but overall quite good. He is knowledgable and caring. My only problem is ease of making appointments. He is very booked up.

very pleased with my visit; Dr. Oliet spent a lot of time explaining my condition in terms I easily understood. He was very careful to prescribe medicines that i could afford. I liked his staff, too. They were very professional.

Excellent clinical skills and great bedside manner. Highly recommended.
