Dr. Eric Oscar Ridings, MD

One of the most impersonal Doctor's I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Doesn't give a darn about the patient except collecting his paycheck. His listening skills leave much to be desired. He is a joke to the medical practice.

Dr Eric Ridings performed a Nerve Conduction Study on me 3 years ago for my Spinal Surgeon in Anchorage AK. He was very through and easy to work with. I was very pleased with his performanced and knowledge. I don't who these folks are referring to, but it isn't Eric.

awful bedside manner

Some people just need to keep their comments to themselves....I have learned if you can not say good things KYMS (Keep Your Mouth Shut!) To be honest this guy has been my doctor for over 1yr. and I have never meet such an intelligent, smart, wise doctor and extremely nice. Dr. Ridings do not have the time to deal with drug addicts if you are trying to get high. He wants someone that actually needs and want to get better. He listens to me very closely, he tells me what i need to do to help my situation. He has helped me to get my pain level under control and referred me for surgery and will not dare let me be in pain. If you are loking to get better, then try Dr. Ridings, If you are looking to get high you are in the wrong place. I would recommend not listening to idiots. Dr. Ridings is all that and more. Not only is he awesome...check out his staff they are friendly, caring, lovely and more. well I came to him to get better not for a high. I never had to wait a long time for him to see… him. So, you guys need to stop hating! Who ever gave him a bad rating that was a lie, so I tried him for myself, Try him you will Love him. I tell you what I would not trade him for any other doctor. Most, people might not like him because he is really trying to help people not hurt. So, people get a Grip on yourselves, Please leave "My Doctor" alone. Love you Dr. Ridings. P.S. and his Wife "The Other Dr. Ridings" helped my husband. "Dr's that work hard together, "Stay Together!"

I have 3 words for this man: "does not care". Run fast, run hard to another doctor. This guy is a sleaze!

Dr. Ridings is VERY RUDE! I went to one of my boyfriends appointments with him and witnessed him talking down to my boyfriend, acting like he was just making his injuries up and then sent him away. I was completely shocked and couldn't believe what I heard and saw! This man shouldn't be able to practice all he is after is the all mighty dollar.

I have lived with excruciating pain resulting from my military service overseas and Ridings treated me like crap. He took no time to talk with me and told me I need PT...he even overlooked that I AM MISSING PART OF MY LEG!!!!

Does not encourage family support during patients recovery after a traumatic week long stay at the hospital. Of course it's a WC case, so he accused me of bombarding his office with calls (5 calls in 9 days regarding f/u appt. and a walker for my husbands broken leg) 2 calls were messages left to re-schedule appt. during their 1 1/2 hour lunch break). Office hours not indicated on biz cards. One call (first call) was to inform the office we were running late as the coumadin clinic was behind. Just wanted to let them know. He put his hand in my face (approx. 2" from my face) and told me to quit calling his office in reference to my husbands broken leg, atrial fibrillation and pulmonary embolisms in which I am his primary caregiver/helper and his wife. Very unprofessional, as I will be involved in my husbands care, especially when it could result in a life/death situation. I cannot believe this so-called doctor took an oath and really believed he would uphold it. Attorney seeking new WC… Dr.

In April of 2010, I was referred to this office for chronic pain. The details of why I did not try to schedule an appointment with this doctor until ...
