Dr Vallone and the entire office staff is absolutely superb. Everyone there has gone WAY over and above what I could expect more times than I can count for both myself (chronic condition) and my severely disabled adult daughter. You could never go wrong signing up with Dr Vallone and this practice

I love this medical practice, NovaMed Associates. I always feel confident that I will get the best of care from my doctor, Dr Eric Vallone, and from the knowledgeable staff, especially Danka as well as the nurses, from the moment I step into the office to the moment I leave and beyond. Dr. Vallone always responds promptly to my calls and emails and effectively addresses my medical problems, even in the middle of the night. He and everyone in the office make me feel as though I am the only patient. That was my experience when I went for my COVID and flu shots on this occasion. They were well prepared and served me promptly, efficiently and compassionately. I had decided to go because of the excellent information about both illnesses and their prevention and treatments that Dr. Pontz and Dr. Vallone emailed me as their patient. They have even begun Webinars to keep their patients informed. I am so appreciative of the attention and care I receive at NovaMed Associates! Thank you, Dr.… Vallone!

I had a Welcome to Medicare Visit early this year. I would have continued with him if his practice had not switched to Concierge medicine. I have had problems with his office staff submitting my bills to medicare. Instead of submitting to Medicare Part B they submitted to my Medicare Part D insurance. When I called last month they told me they would resubmit immediately. Called today because it was still not submitted. Why would anyone want his Concierge service with incompetent office staff.

Dr. Vallone's staff called me months ago and insisted I come in for a physical to renew my prescription (Singular). They called earlier this week and asked that I arrive early for paperwork and fast for blood work. I arrived 30 minutes early. After an hour wait, while other patients were taken ahead of me, I finally left without seeing the doctor. No explanation from the staff why I was made to wait. The acted like it was my fault I had to wait! This office staff is incompetent - they are overbookng the doctors and Dr. Vallone has too many patients to keep up with. Time to find a new doctor! There should be some limit as to how many patients a doctor can accept or have. There certainly are physical limitations to how many they can see in a day, but Dr. Vallone's team does not seem to understand or care about their patients.

I have always received good service from Dr. Vallone and consider him very caring and efficient.

I have used him for four years. He is great!

Dr. V. overall is not high quality. Also, office staff is the worse I've ever encountered.
