Dr. Eric Windsor Weidmann, MD

Doctor Weidmann listened to me carefully, he helped me getting to the issue’s root cause, and solved the problem, twice. I am thankful.

I've never written a review in my life, but felt this warranted it. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I am a 20-year Military Retiree and Dr. Weidmann's office was assigned as my Tricare Primary Care Physician. I've never experienced worse service. I asked for a 5-minute call with Dr. Weidmann, in lieu of a scheduled appointment, and his staff was completely dismissive and Dr. Weidmann himself refused to even give me the courtesy of a quick phone call. His office was not at capacity and even his front desk said his last appointment was at 2:30 pm. This is the opposite of world-class patient care. I run a business as well and if a customer requests a 5-min phone call or is unhappy with our service, I don't hesitate to call them and discuss the matter. That's the minimum level of courtesy I owe them, to listen to what they have to say. Sorry, my 10-combat deployments and 20-years in Special Operations don't warrant a bit of your time, especially as one of your patients. Dr. Weidmann has taken care of me for decades and it is nice to have someone you can trust and depend on. He has diagnosed and prescribed what I needed for each of the problems I have had, through the years. He is knowledgable, thorough and efficient. He gets to the point and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I am thankful for that and I recommend him highly.

It was my 1st visit with him. He was very thorough, did several tests and finally he solved the puzzle of my sickness which previous doctor did not find. I am so so thankful to him!

He is a knowledgeable and caring doctor who is thorough in his assessments. I can't believe how hard it is to find someone like him.

Very knowledgeable man. I moved to South Carolina. I'm looking for a Primary Care Physician as good as Eric Weidmann. I want to remain optimistic but I'll probably have to move back to Austin to get the thorough care that Dr. Weidmann provided.

Great doctor. Doesn't just send you to a specialist. Asks a lot of questions. BTW, that's not his picture on this profile. Don't know how that happened.

Dr. Weidmann is very courteous and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to any issue I come in for. Whether it be my Type 1 diabetes or another ailment, he is always at the top of his game. He asks important questions, has excellent communication skills and takes the time to explain things to me until I understand. I consider him to be the best doctor I have ever had because I trust that he has my best interest in mind.
