Dr. Erica Kristen Childs, MD

She is the best doctor I have ever had. She's understanding, patient and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hope she never leaves Kaiser as several other providers have.

My 1st visit w Dr. Childs, and her nurse Ellena at Kaiser, was great. I received great care by both. The doctor heard my complaints and responded accordingly. Very good bedside manners and seemed very attentive conciensceous. I trusted her decisions and recommendations.

She really deserves zero stars. Most inadequate, useless physician. Obviously has no interest in patients and has horrible response time. She should find another profession.

I've had her as a doctor for the last year and I'm not very happy with her and will be switching. She is always rushing, doesn't listen to you, pushes aside what you think is a problem, and offers prescription drugs for things you aren't even going in to see her for. Then the prescriptions you actually want or need she says no to. Not good at treating illness other then the regular common colds and infections.
