Dr. Erica L Peters, MD

Dr Peters has been my doctor for a few years. I appreciate many things about her but mostly her bedside manner. She never makes me feel like she is in a rush to get to her next patient and answers all my questions thoroughly and on the next visit remembers to ask if I did what I was supposed to do last time I was there. She is a great find.

Dr. Peters sees my husband and me. She is the warmest and kindest doctor I have ever known. She takes her time with us each time and really cares for us as individuals.

I have been seeing Dr. Peters for quite a few years now. I travel approximately 40 minutes to visit her office because I have been unable to find anyone as professional, kind, courteous and attentive near my home. She always gives her undivided attention and never rushes through my appointment. I feel confident that I am in excellent care while under her supervision. Her office staff is also kind and efficient.

I've been going to Dr. Peters for a few years and always find her to be very courteous, and most importantly, she listens to what you have to say and responds appropriately. She never makes me feel as if she is in a rush to get me out the office and move on. Piedmont uses an email system if you have further questions or if she has something to say and the times I have emailed her a question she has always responded promptly. The only drawback is to get an appointment usually you call and you have to leave a message with her assistant and the assistant calls you back to set up the appointment. Usually she calls back the same day but it does make the process a little longer.
