Dr. Erich Bryan Groos, MD

He did not seem very friendly or interested in what I had to say. They decided to let the brochure help me figure it out. My eye glass perscription was wrong and so far off, all I had to donate them. I sure didn't want him working on my eyes after that. This is 2024. Maybe he was better before....but maybe he's tired and needs a break now. I'll continue looking. Don't feel comfortable...

Dr Groos performed three procedures all of which made my vision worse instead of better. After seeking other Dr's help- all agreed these were the wrong and unnecessary procedures to correct the problem. When I questioned Dr Gross he quickly turned his demeanor and was very short and rude. I'm not one to write reviews- but the outcome of these VERY unnecessary procedures has left me with terrible blurry vision and has had a negative effect in my life. I cannot in good conscience not write this review.

I have never been treated so well by a Dr. & his staff. 3 locations with the best personnel. Dr. Groos is a great physician with a very pleasant manner that puts you at ease. He repaired my cataract surgery (by another Dr). It’s a delicate surgery requiring steady hands. His entire staff is thorough, more than competent & caring. None better.

Dr. Gross is very well mannered, polite and is easy to carry on a conversation. He is not rushed. He is very thorough and is a well educated expert in his field of expertise, the cornea and transplant surgeries.

I was referred to Dr Erich B. Groos, Jr to perform bilateral cataract removals and lens implantations. To be told by one of his peers that he is the best to do these procedures, is not only comforting and reassuring but, life saving as well. The accolades by other physicians were confirmed accurate by my personal experience. The procedures were flawlessly executed and the overall outcome, I can only describe as, complete success! When it comes to your vision, nothing is more important than finding the most qualified physician to entrust the care of your eyes. Dr. Erich B. Groos, Jr, aong with Dr. Trent Wallace, my vision is at its best, because of them. My ability to see now, is only made possible by these two great physicians. Without their supportive staff, their gifts and talents may not be as optimal as they are so, the staff also deserved recognition. I thank the Lord for guiding me to find these amazing physicians. I recommend them to all my love ones and their families.… When it comes to my vision needs, only the best will do.

Dr Groos has excellent bedside manner and explains procedures and diagnoses to the patient as well as family. He instilled confidence in his treatment plan and let the patient know just what to expect. Dr Gross and his staff were warm and friendly. I would not trust a serious eye problem to another doctor.

Cookie Cutter care where assistants do all the work and then overcharge the patient.

Dr. Groos,is compassion and professional. He treats me as a human being and with respect. No one will remember what you said but how they made you feel. He is never condesending. When I commented to his office staff about how wonderful he is as a doctor she said he is as wonderful as a boss. Rare!
