Dr. Askenasy is the BEST EVER!!! Very caring and his staff is very kind and caring. Recommend to everyone I know! Office personnel and nurse are amazing. Like family. Dr. Askenasy really cares, when I went to him I needed hernia surgery and he referred me out the doctor I went to stated it was a complicated surgery and that I should wait till it became an emergency. Wish really disappointed me my stomach hurts a lot. So imagine my surprise when I received a call from Dr. Askenasy, yes he called himself. He told me he heard I didn't have the surgery and why, He was like no we have to take care of you and not in emergency situation. He told me he had already spoke to another doctor and show him my work up of CT scans, etc . In todays time most doctors don't take time to let you ask a question. This doctor and staff make feel like their most important patient. Like Family Thank you so very much, doc

Dr. Askenasy is a wonderful Colorectal Surgeon. I had several complications from another Surgeon's actions and the way Dr. Askenasy handled the situation, explained how he would fix the issues and what the options were, was Easily explained so I could understand and wonderful! He truly cares about his patients and is easily relatable. He made a truly horrible situation become manageable and allowed me to recover and feel better than I have in years! I am sad that I am better only because he is a truly amazing Doctor and I would love to have him help me with all my health care needs. If you need surgery dealing with your G.I. tract, look no further - Dr. Erik Askenasy is the absolute BEST surgeon you'll find WORLDWIDE!

Dr. Askenasy performed a sigmoidectomy. He saved my life! He is so good at his profession. He is understanding and listens. I have complete trust in his knowledge and abilities. God bless him ð???
