During times of my worst medication side effects she was not reachable at all via phone or email. No follow up to get back to me. I never fully felt comfortable in our sessions and often felt rushed. She agreed to write an ESA letter on my last visit and nothing was sent my way. When I followed up with Mindpath they said they'd pass the message along but I received nothing new.

I was going to Dr. Pizarro for almost a year. She is the absolute worst. Why? Oftentimes she wouldn’t even have my records straight when I came in. The only reason we knew that is because she would ask me questions that had nothing to do with my case and when she was puzzled she went into her computer and would say oh I’m looking at the wrong person’s file. She also is just very unfriendly and rude. I would ask her questions like: “is X normal when taking this medication?” And her response was to stare at me with a scowl on her face for about 10 seconds before just blurting out a no. Every session I felt uncomfortable, and honestly no session ever lasted longer than 10 min. She literally goes to her door and opens it and stares at you when she feels like the session is over. She should not be allowed to work in the mental health profession - she obviously dislikes people with mental health problems and is hands down the worst psychiatrist I’ve ever been to. When I’ve told my therapist… things she’s done she is shocked. Same goes for anyone else who knows about psychiatry when I’ve told them about Dr. Pizarro.
