My wife has had a life changing operation from Dr Huberty. She will never be the same . Most people in a professional business are responsible for their actions. Dr Huberty severed the main facial nerve in my wife’s face, and was not responsible in any way. Dr Huberty May sleep well and forget she did this, but my wife never will be able to forget this atrocity .

Dr. Huberty was incredibly patient and listened very carefully to all I had to say. I really appreciated that. I would certainly visit her again with ENT needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schettler's for over ten years and she is outstanding. She explains the underlying medical issues and treatment options thoroughly and articulately. Her clinic team is responsive, courteous and their patient service ethic is commendable.

Absolutely no follow-up by staff in setting appointments for outside tests, etc. Poor communication between doctor and staff. Below par communication with patient. Little or no response to telephone calls. No sense of urgency to patient's requests. A "couldn't care" less attitude by staff to patient's concerns or whether they were being taken care of. The staff and doctor have excuses a mile long when a matter is not resolved. Didn't get call or messages and left it at that.
