Make your appointment at 7:45 AM she’ll see you by 10 AM. You will be here for 2 to 3 hours for every single appointment. It doesn’t matter if your first in the morning or last in the evening you will be here four hours. She doesn’t care she doesn’t respect your time. You need to take an entire days out of work for every single appointment. You’re better off going to Boston. You get better quality care and it takes you the same amount of time.

"Dr. Fogel performed Cataract surgery and Toric corrective Lens surgery at the additional cost of $1200 per eye for each of the lenses. Right from the start my left eye vision was blurred and not equal to the right eye results, reorienting the lens by her had no effect. Dr. Fogel has refused to correct the problem with my dominant left eye, I do not recommend her."

Every time I go to see Dr. Erin Fogel I wait one hour to one hour and a half and when she finally comes in to the examining room she rushes through the visit. I am very disappointed in her.

We arrived for an appointment with Erin Fogel at 10:20 am. After over an hour a tech took us to a room and did a eye test. I questioned this but as he was there to check his left eye for Confunctivious. She rushed in to the room after we had been there for an hour and an hour and ahalf. She came in the room, went straight to her computer and never introduced herself to my son sitting in the chair or to me. I asked her if she was the Doctor, as it was his first time seeing her. I asked why he needed an eye exam and that was that. She immediately went off on me with my son sitting in shock. She then went to the door and said To me, "Look, I have had a bad day so I'm leaving". I said no your going to check his eye. She walked over to him, without saying anything to him and lifted a tool to pull his eyelid up. She then went to her computer and ordered eye drops. I asked her could he safely go swimming and she replied loudly "NO!!! and walked out. I have no idea why we were treated like… that. Did she not like Down's kids? Joshua is one of the sweetest young man you'd ever meet. He is loved by all. This was the most rude "Doctor" I have ever met in my life and to act this infront of my son is unforgivible!! I would never want this to happened to anyother disabilied child or anyone. Josh cried all the way home because he said she was a "mean woman" please be careful!!

I was referred for a consult. I remarked to a friend how cool it would be to have a woman surgeon, & that’s exactly what happened! She was very kind, really listened, & patiently explained what to expect in the everyday vernacular. Each staff member I encountered did the same. I was apprehensive going in, but they take pains to make you comfortable. Even though they have a busy practice you don’t feel like you are a number or on an assembly line.

Dr. Fogel is very professional, kind and gentle. I've been seeing her for around 16 years. The highest praise I can offer her is that I would send my own children to her should they have problems with their corneas.
