I’m sorry but he should retire he may have been a good Dr once but….. wrote me a script for trt which I’ve been on for approx 12 years or so and Walgreens refused it and he wouldn’t redo the script because it was too high a dose of 2mil every month. Told him it was time to part ways since he didn’t want to even call my previous Dr for those 12 years and as I walked past the nurses station I said this is the worst Dr I’ve ever been to! Yes this medicine was prescribed to me by my previous Dr for a very long time and based on my lab work. I had to find a new Dr because my old Dr sold his practice and they no longer accept my insurance so I found Dr Chung to which I filled out new patient paperwork describing all my ailments and meds. And now Dr Chung says he didn’t know I had low testosterone!?!? well didn’t anybody look at my new patient paperwork? So my visit with Dr Chung was Dec 7th, 2022 and I returned on the 9th so he can put the quantity on the script as Walgreens asked so they… could dispense it. Dr Chung then refused to simply write a quantity of one and kept the script he previously gave me and went ahead and submitted a second office visit and charged my insurance for a second visit, talk about sneaky! But it’s alright I’ll pay him the copayment but he should remember the oath he swore to then again maybe it’s the money he’s really interested in and not the patients well being.

Very thorough exam and review of labs. Excellent office staff. As a retired nurse, I have very exacting expectations. Covers every detail of my health care.

horrible doctor. Appointment was at 3pm and at 4pm asked when we would be seen and they took us back. Spent 20 minutes with nurse and she said we were his last patient and to take our time. At 4:50pm, after speaking with doctor for 20-30minutes he told us to hurry up because they were closing the office for the day. I was shocked! Very rude and unprofessional man. Would NEVER recommend him to anybody. He was nice enough to tell the front desk girl not to charge us for our visit, JERK.
