I'll make this comment brief and to the point.DOCTOR: Wonderful, Very personable, Knowledgeable, spends enough time with us, caring and you feel comfortable discussing your condition with him.STAFF: His secretary needs, improvement with her telephone skills and customer service skills - she is abbrassive and rude. No personlaity. The rest of them are nice, so I don't know how they put up with her. Just my opinion.

We've been going to Dr. Ernesto's clinic for quite a number of years now, he has been a very accomodating and caring Doctor. We are very confident in recommending HIM to any of our friends HOWEVER what bothers me about this good doctor is why he employs such rude unprofessional employee (Vicki) This secretary has no people skills nor any customer service skills, she has been rude in most occasion not just on the phone but also in person. I feel very sad for the Doctor because I have been told by numerous patients of his that he is loosing a lot of clients because of her. I hope he realize that his business will fail if he doesn't do anything about this. My husband can only stretch his patience so much, as much as we love Dr. Fontecha we might be forced to look for another physician because of Vicki.
