They require an appointment but you are seen two or more hrs later. Dr makes a referral but the staff doesnt follow up. The phone goes unanswered when you call. Dr seems preoccupied with his computer. Lab results not available without another visit. Save yourself the stree and find another dr!

No need for an appointment, you'll be waiting a long time anyway. Dr has a crappy staff who will not follow up with anything. When you call, they will not answer. Best to find another dr!

Too long to wait. Like 3 hours for ten minute consultation. Dr does not even physically examine you. Find another dr.

They mess up my paperwork an now taking forever to get it right it only takes a few minutes to fax a piece of paper.

I had heard many good things about this doctor so I was eager to get my husband in to see him but when I walked in the door I was told that my children could not be there due to flu season and the fact that they are not a pediatric clinic. I have never gone to any type of doctor office that told me to reschedule because we had children with us. I find it hard to understand why I could not be allowed to have them with me. The supervisor suggested I reschedule and find a babysitter which is ridiculous. She also suggested that she would not bring her own children to the clinic (In such a way to sound as if I were a bad mother for having them there). My husband seemed to like DR. M so I will give him the opportunity to treat him but the front staff is not very caring or understanding of the fact that not all parents have the luxury of finding a sitter for an appointment. I will obviously have to find a more understanding doctor for myself because I never go to appointments without my… children because I am their caretaker.

This Doctor is only about money, very unprofessional, he is not listening and he does not care about his patient he should retired because he is a disgrace for the profession. The waiting time is forever and he and his staff is very rude. If you do not have insurance he does not give you any RX because you can not afford it.

The wait is two hours and the consultation less than 10 minutes without telling you that he bill to the insurance for a level 5 visit. Not even worse than I've been saying about some symptoms and I need to see by a specialist and he never gave me the referral. Thank God I changed doctor and unfortunately I have a medical condition that I have to treat and he never cared about it. Please never go to this clinic, Sucks.

The office manager is rude and difficult at best. The dr malave doesn't care enough to respond to messages or complaints. The office is a nightmare. Go somewhere else.

I waited too long and i was told to return and without any expanation. By the way there is an older lady who sits up front and does NOTHING.

In my opinion the service is awful. The front desk personnel (the fat girl) always makes excuses for why patients are not being seen at the time of their appointment. I waited more than an hour to be seen. I went in for a rash and the doctor is so finicky he had the audacity of saying "yuck" to my rash in front of my face. I thought that was very unprofessional on his behalf. He also told me I was obese, it's like he doesn't have mirrors in his house. All and all, poor service, patients wait too long to be seen. I found another doctor right away. I don't recommend this practice to anyone.
