I never even got to see the doctor because the staff was so rude, arrogant, and unhelpful over the phone that I refused to make an appointment. Never in my life have I been treated so badly by staff. The gentleman who I was speaking to was chastising me about not making an appointment to see the doctor sooner, insinuating that I should have been able to predict that I would get an infection. Not only did the gentlemen not even let me get a word in, but when I commented on how rudely he was treating me, he cursed me out in Spanish and hung up on me. My husband then called later to complain, only to be greeted with the same attitude and he was also hung up on. I would recommend that anyone who needs to make an appointment looks elsewhere. It boggles my mind how a medical professional can employ such rude people.

This doctor has a horrible staff, very rude and uncaring. They leave you on hold for 30 minutes to then tell you they can't help you. I requested my records over 3 weeks ago to change to another doctor, and they are still giving me the run around. Bottom line, don't go there.
