Dr. Esther Guy, MD

Dr. Guy saved my life. She was concerned about a symptom that I mentioned to her during an exam, and during a break she left the examination room, spoke personally to a specialist, and then made an appointment the next morning for me to see this specialist. She came back into the room, and she handed me the appointment card. If she had not done this, I guarantee you that I would have listened to her concerns, and if she just gave me a referral to the specialist, I would have listened, but I probably would have just gone back to my busy schedule and I would not have been cured of something that was without serious symptoms, yet deadly if not caught early. There are too many other exemplary examples to mention in this format. Know that she is my hero.

I saw Dr. Guy early this week for a few specific needs and requests. She managed to accomplish all of these quickly, and her follow up was professional and caring!

I have not been able to get Dr Guy on the phone when I have questions or want results of tests. My contacts are always with her assistant BJ. There are times when I want to speak directly with the Dr. and can't. I thought that was one of the advantages of a MDVIP relationship. It always was with Dr. Lent.

Easy appointment. Good front office. Saw Doctor on time. She was attentive, asking questions and listening to my answers. We decided on a course of treatment. In and out of the office in about an hour. Completely satisfied with Dr. Guy's operation and Her "bedside" manner.

5 days to get my prescription refilled??

Dr. Guy is awesome! Very attentive and knowledgeable. Her patience with you as you discuss your issue(s) is wonderful.

Dr. GUY is a very thorough, and kind doctor. She isnt rough or rude, as some I have dealt with. This Doctor is very knowledgeable, and works to find the whole and complete answers to all of your concerns. She is quite knowledgeable and so thorough, it actually had me telling everyone about her. She is truly number one as what a true doctor should be. We all know that most doctors are in and out, as though the client is a waste of their time. Often, they are not listening at all, it seems. You will be surprised at this doctor's amazing way of doing and knowing what is up...she will talk with you about it and keep you posted.

Dr Guy is probably a good doctor however she surrounds herself with rude and unhelpful staff. I went to this practice 2 times. I waited for over an hour to be taken to the consultation room and then another 30 mins before seeing the doctor for both appointments. I was 5 minutes early for both my appointments. On the second visit, the woman who was scheduled before me arrived 20 mins late for her appointment. They saw her before seeing me despite the fact they were already running late for my appointment. The practice seems very poorly organized and they act as if they doing you the favor by seeing you in the first place. Donâ??t waste your value time going to this practice.
