Dr. Etienne Arturo Mejia, MD

I had a really bad, totally blown out rotator cuff tear and had allowed 6 months to elapse between the injury and surgery. Wasnâ??t sure it could be fixed. Dr. Mejia did a fantastic job both repairing the damage and aggressively overseeing the rehab. I couldnâ??t recommend him more highly. Really an excellent doctor.

Dr. Mejia is amazing. He took on another Dr's mistake and successfully performed a very difficult surgery to correct it. He made it possible for me to resume all my former activities.I had been initally misdiagosed by another orthopedic surgeon and surgery was delayed several weeks following my injury. The result was a difficult surgical process which was unsuccessfully performed by an incompetent surgeon. I was in pain and my knee was still very unstable after 2 years of physical therapy.

Dr. Mejia is very thorough in his discussion of a needed surgery. He is also thorough in his post-operation visit. I would definitely recommend to others and already have.
