Dr. Eugene Michel Lepine, MD

Dr. Lepine is totally old school; however, he knows his stuff. I went to Dr. Lepine around 10 years ago after finding a rash on my face and parts of my body. After seeing 4 other dermatologists they all told me it's an allergic reaction. I finally went to Dr. Lepine, and he looked at me and said immediatly, "you have poision ivy"; which I did. Over the years, due to changes in medical insurance I had to see another local Rock Hill practice and they basically sucked. I'd go in for one thing and they'd say I shouldn't worry about my issue and they would find something else that if coded properly would net them a higher reimbursement. Naturally, I no longer go there. I just went again to Dr. Lepine for the same thing I went to the other practice for and he took care of my issue in no time. Their office is pretty outdated (flashback to the late 70's)..but in reality, who really needs a state of the art medical practice when you have a provider who knows his stuff. I would highly… recommend him.

Dr. Lepine has been my derm for years. I was misdiagnosed w/excema for a year and finally went to Dr. Lepine because he is my husband's derm. Dr. Lepine looked at my feet and immediately said "This is pustular psoriasis, not excema." I don't have insurance & he helped me obtain free meds through the phar. co. First meds gave me bad side effects, second (Cosentyx) didn't work after a year, now he has me on Tremfya and FINALLY I'm getting better. Dr. Lepine is the BEST doctor I have ever been to. I'm 62 yrs. old and every doctor I've ever been to since this episode asked me who my derm is. When I said Dr. Lepine each one of them said "You don't get any better than Dr. Lepine." His office visits are affordable, he helps me with questions on the phone which saves me $. He helped me obtain a handicap placard for my vehicle because I use a walker @ home & Wheelchair when my husband takes me anywhere. (I can't drive due to the pain). He is kind, patient, intelligent and I love him like a… father. I even buy him gifts at Christmas and send him bday cards. I will never go to anyone else. If anyone says derogatory things about him it's coming from a disgruntled employee. I know that FOR A FACT so don't believe anything that is/has been written about him . IT'S A LIE! Just ask any doctor in the Rock Hill or Fort Mill area. They will let you know the TRUTH! Kim Carletto

Patient need for annual skin checks. Dr. Lepine is very thorough and takes time to talk throughout the process, answering any questions/ concerns, explaining any findings and treatment options.

My primary dr. diagnosed me w/eczema 2 yrs. ago. After no healing within a year I changed to my husband's derm, Dr. Lepine. Within 2 mins.of looking at my feet he said "You have Pustular psoriasis, you do not have eczema." It got so bad I could not walk, drive, shower w/out assistance. I started on meds immediately, 1st one had bad side effects but Cosentyx is helping, you have to take it for approx a yr. before it gets better, I have 3 mos. to go . If I had not gone to Dr. Lepine, I would be bedridden. I use a wheelchair in public & walker @ home. He takes the time to either answer my call immediately or call me back the SAME DAY even after office hours. He cares so very much for his patients. If you want the BEST care you should go to Dr. Lepine. He truly loves helping his patients. When I mention to my other doctors that he is my derm they say "Don't go anywhere else, he is the best derm there is." If you have skin probs do not go to anyone but Dr. Lepine.
