Dr. Carratt is very helpful, easy to talk to and informative.

Dr. Evan has the best old fashioned way of making his patient feel like they are all that counts. He makes time for you, and makes sure that when you leave you feel so much better than when you came in. He talks with you and let’s you talk about anything that’s is on your mind. Always smiling when he greets you, which makes you comfortable.

Dr. Carratt is the epitome of the word Doctor. He shows empathy and takes his time with each patient to assure their needs are met! Those who complain about the wait and leave are missing out! He saved my life and when I think of the way it use to be when doctors visited their patients at home, this is him! Thank you, I am forever greatful!

It is like going to the doctor's in the days when they spent time with you and treated like you were old friends. The staff is great. If you do have a wait it is only because he is giving the time needed to help a patient. So, you can understand the wait if it was you that needed his attention.

office is In serious need of an update! along with the front desk staff, just too much for milly to handle. I keep getting billed for a $10.00 co-payment although payment & co-payments are due before you leave. i've called twice & milly told me she would look Into It & call me. I've never gotten a return call just the same $10.00 bill. I've paid cash twice & the rest of the time I've paid with a check, knowing what I know now about their screwed up billing I will always pay by check. even though I really like doctor evan. I'm not sure I'm going to stick with him because the wait time Is way to long! & his billing Is screwed up. plus the last time the pharmacy called gim to renew a prescription, they were told, I had to make an appointment to get the refill.I'm not about to play that game again, prescription was for a routine medication I had been taking for years,prescription was just out of date!

The office needs updated in the way it looks and the way they operate. The lady at the front desk never moves she just yells at people to get their attention. I waited so long I saw people leave and I was almost one of them. The doctor is great and knows his stuff, but the office needs help.

I went in as a new patient, waited more than 1.5 hours to be seen with an appointment. The front office staff just could not handle the work at hand. I paid in full at time of my visit and continue to be billed. Though I like the doctor very much, I will not return due to poor office operations.
