Dr. Evan Conte, his Physician Assistant Kristen Knorr and Physical Therapist, Maxine are the best trio in the world! My son, unfortunately had a season ending football injury his senior year. He had torn his LCL, MCL, meniscus and fractured part of his knee. Devastating to say the least. With Dr. Conte and his PA - Kristen's experience in sports injuries, they performed my son's successful surgery and reconstruction on his knee. They had assured us he would be 100% for College Football. They did NOT disappoint! We owe them the world! With hard work, dedication and guidance from his Physical Therapist Maxine, my son is doing phenomenal on the college football field, one year to the day! No one can compare to this team!! My experience with Dr. Conte and his office has been nothing short of exceptional! First off, let me say that Dr. Conte’s bedside manner is superb! He never makes you feel rushed, he looks you directly in the eyes when speaking to you and always wears a friendly smile on his face. He’s kind, listens, is understanding and genuinely cares about his patients. My surgery was performed by hun at Capital Health Hopewell and I am currently into 5 months of recovery plus doing Physical Therapy twice a week. I am doing so much better now since the surgery and can only imagine how diminished my quality of life would be if not for this surgery. I’m so glad I found Dr. Conte. He’s given me my quality of life back. I’m recovering well and the pain is very minuscule in comparison to how terrible it was before and after the surgery. Dr. Conte and his entire team, including his Physician’s Assistant, Kristin, were all amazingly thorough and caring. I’m very grateful to Dr. Conte for giving me my… quality of life back and I’d highly recommend him and his team at Rothman Orthopaedics to anyone needing shoulder surgery. I had a bad case of bursitis in left shoulder which required periodic cortisone shots for over a decade. I also had an impingement that prevented me from doing military presses. I later tore the rotator cuff in that same shoulder. After Dr Conte repaired the RC, I discovered in PT that my shoulder was FULLY repaired. I can now do any shoulder exercise, including push ups, with zero discomfort. Dr Conte is an athlete's surgeon who had unlimited time for my questions and assisted greatly with my recovery.

From my initial visit to diagnose my shoulder problem, to surgery and to assure that I got PT, Dr. Conte was professional, knowledgeable and caring. I was impressed with the time he spent with me at my visits and I never felt rushed through the process. He had previously repaired my husband's and son's rotator cuffs.
