Dr. Evan Gary Rosen, MD

When you have a health problem, you hope you’ll be able to find a doctor who will treat you like an individual and not just a number. Dr. Rosen blew away my expectations from my first visit and in every visit since. He is attentive, meticulous, and most of all enthusiastic about facing any medical challenge together with his patients. I was able to face my own challenge because of Dr. Rosen’s confidence, expertise, and encouragement.

Dr. Rosen was a lifesaver for me after I went to two other doctors who gave me incorrect diagnoses. He is thorough and patient. Always took what I asked seriously and knows his stuff. He remembers that everything is connected within our body and took my other GI issues seriously (never tried to give me something that would mess my GI tract up).

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Rosen. He listens to all my concerns patiently and with utmost respect. He’s very comforting and thorough with his consultations, and I never feel rushed through my Dr appointments. The lab tests he’s ordered and treatments he’s recommended have worked wonders for me, as I was previously struggling in pain.

Dr. Rosen is dismissive of patient symptoms/concerns, careless in finding answers and keeping track of test results, and difficult to get in touch with should you have complications or concerns. He also speaks in a very condescending tone, although I couldn't tell if this is how he speaks to everyone or if it's just something he does to women. It shouldn't be difficult to find a better urologist you can actually trust. If you MUST see this man, trust your gut if he dismisses your concerns and make sure he gets you the testing/treatment you need (although you'll have to push for it and the results may get lost/not get back to you for months, as happened to me multiple times).

Dr. Rosen and his team are solid, very professional. Wait times are a little longer than not, but overall, they do great work here.

Dr. Rosen is the best doctor ever. I know that might seem like an exaggeration, but it’s not. I never feel rushed, he takes the time to hear all my concerns and addresses them. Furthermore, my entire life I’ve gone through Kidney Stone pain and infections. I was always bounced around because of my insurance, and urologists before that just gave up. Dr. Rosen took the time to go above and beyond and make sure I was taken care of and dealt directly with my insurance when procedures were turned down. Wish he could be my primary in everything.
