Unprofessional , rude , fast , doesn’t follow up , has his students handling most of the patient care . Hung up on me when discussing my mother’s pre op care , because I am assertive in demanding that she has competent and continual care , I do not recommend him , I would rather go to a walk - in clinic to get comparable , perhaps better care

I went to see Dr. Schwarzwald when I was a college student for a general physical and he had me fully undress so that he could feel my breasts. Completely disgusting, never mind unprofessional, behavior. I was not fully confident yet as a young woman and he absolutely took advantage of my youth and innocence. It is a wonder how he is still in practice. AVOID!!

I've been a patient with Dr. Schwarzwald and have been more than happy. However, on my last visit I spent a lot of time with a PA who wasn't even a licensed PA. This person explained to me that they were still in school training to become a PA. This "Phyisian's Assistant" was in the room with me alone and unsupervised at that time. I don't feel comfortable with this level of medical care. I did get to see the doctor briefly.

Decent cardiologist. HORRIBLE primary care. Office is overbooked. Takes weeks to months to see, when sick. Then, you have to wait 3 hours AFTER your appointment time. He is always in a rush. Walked out in the middle of our appointment to answer a call. I waited and the assistant finally came back and said, "Ok. You're done. You can go" I had to tell her to bring him back.. because we weren't done talking! Said my symptoms were from anxiety and that I was tired all the time because of my age? Turns out I have an autoimmune disease. He didn't bother helping me find specialists either. Said "It will take months to see all of these specialists" ..So what? I'm supposed to suffer and not know what's happening to my body? Referrals were always difficult. He only gave me a 1 week notice that he was leaving my insurance group. Worst experience ever.

He has been my doctor for over 25 years. I highly recommend him. I'm glad he's in a new office however.

He makes me feel good and i feel he is family

Great Doctor stuck w/ subpar ProHealth support - the individuals working there are fine & all - this is just a case where the parts do not make the whole operation work efficiently average wait time despite the schedule is 2 hours & plus an additional hour to be seen by the Doc for a total of 10-15 minutes. That’s NOT working right.

Care overall is fine. But difficult to wait 2-3 hours in a waiting room Not appropriate for the Geriatric population that are primarily sitting in the waiting room for this length of time. I don't care how many emergency patients walk in. Re-direct them to the ER. Otherwise DO NOT BOOK 8 patients for every 15 minute time slot. The front line office team are unprofessional in manner and appearance. Starting to reconsider moving on from this circus.
