I had a great experience with Dr. Roberti and his staff, yes I had to leave a message but I did receive a call back within 48 hours. Come on people if it is that big of an emergency and you don't think your being seen fast enough or being called back fast enough, then go to the ER

I was referred to Dr. Roberti by my PCP for a back issue, I had called the office and had to leave a message, but I also got a return call the very next day. I was given an appointment within a few days. I was pleased with the staff as well as Dr. Roberti. I still continue to see him as we are discussing surgery options. I would recommend him to anyone and I do give great reviews to his staff. People should understand that sometimes things don't move as fast as they would like but they are a busy practice and Dr. Roberti requires certain things prior to an appointment. Be patient for return calls as to sometimes offices do get busy and they do return the calls as soon as they can. If it is such an emergency that you are seen faster than what you think you should then go to the ER

I have been so disappointed in the lack of communication from this office. It is truly IMPOSSIBLE to get through. They have no compassion. It takes nothing to call and answer questions. It should not take days, weeks and even months. I can not even believe they stay in business. How does an office run when they do not answer phones?

He may be a great surgeon, but I wouldn't take my dog to him. Very rude and cocky

In 2016 Dr. Roberti removed tumor from my brain. Not only did I like his bed manners (so to speak), but he has a very helpful and supportive team, so you never feel like you are going through by yourself. He was honest with me and did not push me into choices, but gave facts and allowed me to choose the procedure he would use. He also never gave me expectations of what might happened, but was very positive. He also listen as I asked him about after care and Neurologist. I did have surgery that ended being two, because of bleeding. But with the Teams help, and getting physical therapy afterward, in hospital and home care. I had no problem with head, but my mobility from waist down was poor. I also had infections from having to ne catharized twice. My husband was my Greatest Care Giver. Dr. Roberti allowed him a bed in my room at the Rehab, which made it easier for both of us. I thank God for the Grace He gave my husband to help take care of me, along with the others. I had to learn to… walk, lift up and down, etc.. That was 2016. The wheel chair, walker and cane , I know longer have to use. Dr. Roberti and Neurologist watched me very closely the first year. Now I have regular follow up appointments. I would recommend him to anyone who is having any problems with brain/head aches, etc... I was and still very impressed with his TEAM!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Roberti and his staff. Yes it was hard to get an appointment right away due to MD needing testing done prior to the appointment. But after seeing him I understood why. I was pleased with him and his staff.

I wrote a comment 6 months ago, I see where it gave them a 2 star. REALLY???? Run from this Doctor and staff, go out of county else where but not here........ I surely did not give 2 stars.
