The worst experience ever. The whole place is very sketchy. Pictures of the Dr. on the front page of a magazine all over the place. google his name and you will find out the legal problems that he had to face. Do yourself a favor, find a different doctor, and stay away from this place. They don't even have a medical grade blood pressure machine.

Unfortunately we disappointed with their service,bad front disk girls has no knowledgeable and they not helpful,,and dr Sara I’m not sure if she is really know what she is doing!!!I never ever had the bad experience with doctors before they all fine except the nightmare office staff on dr Fadi office on Montclair nj ??????????

Fadi El-Atat was highly recommended to my family by our neighbors. He is a good doctor but his office manager is extremely unprofessional and rude as a street hoodlum. Numerous times we had issues with the office sending CVS prescriptions and it not going through the system. Instead of trying to reassure senior citizen that they will work with CVS to make sure they get there thyroid and heart medicine. She starts yelling at them to come pick up the prescription or go to the pharmacist and call her from there. I couldn't believe I was hearing Samira talk so rude to senior citizen about getting there vital medicine. When I spoke to her, she just hung up the phone and didn't pick up. I called using my phone and then she picked up and then put me on hold instantly. I would love a follow up regarding this matter. Thank you and Best regards

Long story short, after several months of Dr. El-Atat basically ignoring my mother's complaints and asking for testing and then "firing" her as his patient because she got a test done somewhere else. My mother went to another dr and found out she had stage 4 breast cancer that had spread to her liver. Had she continued under Dr. El-Atat's "care" we may have never know. This is absolutely an act of insufficient care, lack of judgement and compassion. We are furious and something needs to be done. How can you ignore symptoms like these from a patient with a history like my mother's. What else did he miss?

this office is so unorganized and their staff are extremely unprofessional. plenty of times i have called to make an appointment and they always put me on hold for over 5 minutes the girl who answer the phones is super rude and over the top ghetto. A professional doctors office have their staff dress in scrubs as it should be but not here these girls are in jeans,tights and crop top shirts which doesn't make them look professional at all. The wait is ridiculous and all the unnecessary testing that they run never really give full explanation as to what the test is for and never really was given my results and im billed thousands of dollars for this nonsense. the doctor walks in and out of the exam room to take personal phone calls and is also rude doesn't let patients talk and treats his employees like s**t. i will never recommend this doctor to anyone 2 hrs wait for a 2 minute visit. totally a waste of time
