I can only speak for me ...... Dr Gray is the reason I’m still alive..... she is detailed oriented...... she gets to know each patient ..... because of her teamwork with my other drs I receive the best care

I've "stayed" with Dr. Gray for over 10 years just because she is a fantastic, caring physician. Unfortunately, the same can not be said about the staff. In a word, Incompetent, Impossible to get a prescription refilled, forget about seeing any paperwork. Horrible. I've given this Dr & staff umpteenth chances. No More.

I really hate to write this review because Dr. Gray is a very good doctor. Very caring, concerned and patient. The organization of the staff on the other hand is extremely out of sequence. It took me a week thus far, unless the weekend passes to get a refill on a prescription changed. I was either transferred to different people, voicemails full, or on hold for 15 minutes or better. Maybe a new office manager or hire and office manager to get things in order. This is a reflection on the doctor which will eventually bring her ethics down. And as far a doctor visits, you could literally take a nap while waiting on the doctor to come in. That's how long it takes. I would hate to have to change doctors. #unorganized

Faith grey is a good doctor, but the staff is extremely unorganized extremely slow, I had blood work done and they said I will hear from them in a few days, well a month has gone by and no word I even called but nobody called back. But I have the bill!!The people in the office are newer the old office staff was removed because of some kind of problem, this office is nice but they have no clue and they are bringing down Dr. Grey. We had a wait time for over two hours! And this seems to be the norm here. The office has no clue on how to book patients. It is such a shame. Unfortunately we have to look elsewhere.

This is a doctor who will keep you waiting for hours and hours, but will then spend time with you. She seems to be a caring doctor, and she covers all the bases carefully. On the downside: She is hard to get prescription refills from via phone. The office is dingy, run-down, and not particularly clean. Her nursing staff is marginal, and you don't want to have blood drawn there, because the phlebotomist is not good with a needle. Very ethnic office, but you can get reasonably solid, no-frills care.
