I had ongoing issues with delayed communication from Dr. B's office, often requiring multiple follow-ups to get responses—especially concerning when coordinating care for my elderly mother. After waiting nine months for an appointment, we then waited another five months for paperwork to be completed. When I finally received the one-page form, it contained inaccurate and incomplete information, further delaying her care. When I raised these concerns, I was told we should have gone to a genetics clinic they had recommended—despite my having already explained why that referral was not appropriate for my mother’s situation. As a former hospital social worker, I understand how referrals work, and this was not an unreasonable request. Overall, the care felt transactional and lacking accountability. My mother was treated as a task to complete rather than a person to care for, with little ownership of errors or follow-through. Once the visit was over, so was the care.

Provider was kind & listened well.
