Dr. Farheen Jamil Hasnain, MD

Dr. Hasnain is a wonderful doctor, she’s very sweet and caring. You can tell that she really enjoys helping people. She takes her time by siting and listing to all my problems making me feel important, She’s a excellent doctor, and also very spiritual.

I ask Dr Far been Hasnain for some medicine for arthritis pain. She told me that I was on top much medicine, which she was right. I got off a few of my meds. and went back to her, told her that I was taking about four less medicines and had my specialist to confirm it with her. I then ask her for some pain medicine and she prescribed me an arthritis pain medicine. I used it for several weeks, but it didn't help. I called able she was on vacation and the doctor, acting on her behalf told me to double the dose. It still didn't work. When she got back,I called her, she called in two extra medicines for me, plus the one I was already taking. She told me to take all three for pain, after telling me before that I was on top much medicine. I called my pharmacy and they told me that she had prescribed me an antibiotic for pain. You don't live on an antibiotic, because you may need one later, if you get an infection and it may not work. Antibiotics are for infections, not pain. I went back to… her and she said you're not going to take the antibiotic? I said, no and explained why! She said ok. I then ask her for another pill for pain. She said that it was the only pain pill that they carried at their office. They have a dispensary on location, where fill prescriptions are filled, but they do call in prescriptions to local pharmacies. Just because they didn't have another pain pill, doesn't mean no one else wouldn't. She called the antibiotic in to my local pharmacy, so why couldn't she have called in another pain pill to them. I was told by someone close to the company that they were told by other patients at Jencare that they weren't getting proper pain medication either. She just let me stay in pain. I guess she's not I pain, so she don't care about me being in pain.

Dr. Hasnain is wonderful but the office staff is very hard to work with. I called for a week everyday to get a refill on a prescription for my diabetes medicine and they won't call me back nor will they call in the prescription. I am going to a new doctor because I can't take the unprofessional staff.
